This describes CHARGE UP’s hosted test environment. It is not an approved public-launch privacy policy. Use test information or data you are authorized to share.
Information collected here
Account details, access requests, projects and records you submit are stored in the hosted CHARGE UP system. Account emails support verification, access recovery and security notices. Device location is optional for attendance and financial entries and requires device permission; denying it does not prevent saving. Evidence records the device source, actual capture time and available accuracy. Attendance location collection runs for one minute on the recording page; in the mobile app it stops on backgrounding or exit. A later attachment does not establish someone’s location at check-in. This feature does not provide continuous tracking.
Access and report copies
Business records follow your role, project assignments and permissions. A sign-in session supports the team workspace. Authorized users can download PDF or Excel reports using selected filters and choose where to save or share copies. Reports may contain project, attendance or finance data. Copies saved or shared outside the app are outside its access controls; choose recipients and destinations carefully. Keep passwords and verification codes private.
Before public launch
Contact your company administrator through your usual work channel about test information or corrections. Before public launch, the responsible organization must approve the privacy notice, including its contact details, retention periods, user request process and service providers. This test-environment description does not replace that approval.
